Following on from the success of the January Lunch earlier this year, The Burley Manor has again been booked for the January lunch in 2024. Lunch is booked in the conservatory on Friday 26 January 2024. Members should arrive from 12noon for lunch at 1pm. Cost of 3 courses is £40 and 2 courses is £35. Bills are to be settled by members on the day.

Roast Isle of Wight Tomato and Red Pepper Soup with basil oil & bread

Sautéed Chicken Supreme with New Forest mushrooms, roasted leeks, tender stem broccoli, jus, crushed new potatoes
Lamb Rump with champ potato, green peppercorn jus, roast tomatoes, greens
Chalk Stream Trout with watercress puree seasonal greens, bacon lardons, white wine cream sauce

Desserts

Sticky Toffee Pudding with toffee sauce, clotted cream ice cream
Pasion Fruit Tart with raspberry sorbet, passion fruit coulis
Elderflower Jelly with summer fruits, creme fraiche
